Feb. 7th sermon:  How Could It Get Any Worse?

When the seventh seal is broken, seven angel musicians line up for a series of fanfares. Talk about powerful music! As each one sounds his trumpet, Chicken Little’s warnings don’t begin to describe the havoc that is unleashed. By the time just the first four angels have finished playing, it is natural to ask, “How could it get any worse?”  (Revelation 8:1-13)

When people describe a church, they often think of a specific time and place (Sunday morning at a building with a big meeting room).  We say take away the building and our "big event" on Sunday mornings and see what's left!  If you see people who are being changed, people whose relationship with Jesus is turning them into something new and good, then you're looking at the church.
